Our Game 05:13
Our Game A story told of long ago Before they knew They were powerful. Materials ruled the world They sang sad songs Of how they suffered. With narrow eyes And twice sold lies, A victims view From inside a cube My Love Then all at once But one by one They heard the call A simple song saying "When would you like To leave it all behind? You can quit all your sorrow Lose track of time And jump in- surrender Wash it all away Jump in and remember This is our game My Love" And now the tables have turned And the scales have evened And the Illusions Are breaking at the seams And the patterns And problems And prisons of the past Will be pushed under the table Never meant to Last And we grow in numbers Day by day A familiar smile Upon your face My Love. Then all at once But one by one They Heard the call A simple song, Saying, “When would you like to leave it all behind? You can quit all your sorrow Lose track of time And jump In- surrender Jump in- surrender Wash it all away Jump in and remember This is our game My Love”

Lyrics to Written in the Wind: In an old poem, In the lining, Of a double helix. Only one switch, Of the sequence, Can remind if you wish. Not from without, But from within, The spectrum turns to white. True devotion, If you listen, Is written In the wind. Does desire Rule the mental, Turning truth into a fool? No time in silence, No time to listen, No eyes to see it through? Not from without, But from within, The spectrum turns to white. True devotion, If you listen, Is written In the wind. Come up now, To the mountain, Where the air is sweet. It is there that the wind sings, The voice, of wisdom speaks. Not from without, But from within, The spectrum turns to white. True devotion, If you listen, Is written In the wind.

When the rains came, The call to life began. Reaching for the light, Learning as they grow, digging deep beneath the darkest soil. Stabilizing. Finding Balance. Evolution.

May You Open 05:37
OOOoooOOO Like the Potter Spinning time, Like the Weaver Weaving lines, Like the writer Take time, In this moment what will you find? Feel the heart start The unheard cry, Only darkness Seeds the light, May you open See beyond, The Fruitful Seed Seeks the sun.

Inner Worlds 05:08
Balance Balance & Exchange It’s all just Balance As the roots of the tree, Equal it branches, So do our Inner-Worlds, Match the outer-worlds. Balance Balance As the leaves of the tree Nourish the roots Does the mind when set free Realize the truth Balance It’s all just Balance Balance & Exchange Like the air through the branches Like the wind on the leaves Learning how to bend Learning how to mend In the breeze. Balance It’s all just Balance Balance

The heat of the sun Scorches the valley A new time is at hand River’s receding From the edges Dryness of the land As the sun highlights The light white dust From the bottom Of a dried up lake The cloud will rise up Unfurling edges A beckoning spirit Saying when is the time If its not too late Color of rage Color of change Color of strain Color of pain No more restraint Call in the rain No more restraint Call in the rain This land won’t bear If it can’t weep Thousands of hearts Waking from sleep Deep in the well Rises the tide The time is at hand No where to hide Suppressing the passion Subjective lies Devices to keep The truth here denied It won’t be an option No time to decide Together we fall Together we rise Saying when is the time If its not too late Color of rage Color of change Color of strain Color of pain No more restraint Call in the rain No more restraint Call in the rain No more restraint Call in the rain

Follow the Heart Like a lantern in the dark, Follow on now, Follow the heart. The mountain high, The valley low, The edges caught By moonlight. Like a lantern, Pulsing heart, The balanced Rhythm, Air in my lungs, Sweeping up, The mountain high, Returning wholly To the divine. Like a lantern Finally breathe Imagine all this Finally free The mind will open Drift on the wind Can you feel it? Time to begin. Like a lantern.

The Sacred 04:37
In this moment All the earth Stands still Time unwinds It’s coil And life is filled To the brim With spaciousness Oh how simple Oh the sacred Oh how simple Oh the sacred Unfolding Sighs And cries Rang out A universal Openness Each spirit here sang in tune Into ferocious Love No fear here No fear here No fear here Oh the Sacred.

Start Anew Begin Again Seeds are carried, By the Wind.... Evolution.

about

OvO means “seed” or “egg” and stands for the point in time or space at which something starts- the next evolution. OvO was created as a concept album and carries the listener through the life cycle of a seed- the story begins in Winter, proceeds into the Spring & Summer, recedes in the fall and completes its cycle in Winter. The owl appears on the cover art as well as in the title “OvO” and represents the elemental energy of the Wind.

"As the Wind Blows,
Soft Across the Valley,
These Seeds,
Carry New Dreams…

In the Winter,
The Seeds Remember,
Their Song,
Evolution…."

Proceeds into the Spring & Summer....

"When the rains came,
The call to life began.
Reaching for the light,
Learning as they grow,
digging deep beneath
the darkest soil.
Stabilizing.

Finding Balance.
Evolution."

Recedes in Fall....

"Leaves they fall
All to the ground
Spreading their color
All around
A life fully lived
Whispers in the wind
Disintegration..."

And returns to Winter

"Start anew,
Begin again,
seeds are carried,
By the wind...

Evolution"

The Owl appears on the cover art as well as in the title "OvO" and represents the elemental energy of the Wind.

Owl stands for the truth and the ability to navigate through the darkest night by finding and listening to the wisdom and light from within ourselves.
